About the Role
On behalf of our client in the Banking industry, Astek Canada is seeking a motivated Project Manager ready to take on new challenges.

Your Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Support a senior PM to execute regulatory project.
• Need to be coached on Jira & Confluence tools to track progress – they will not be following AGILE methodology.
• Need to pull & consolidate data for senior PM, relay status updates, provide vacation coverage, and otherwise support detailed execution management.

Your Qualifications
Education/Experience:
• 5-8 years of relevant experience as PCO, ScrumMaster, or Junior PM.
• Post-secondary education, any discipline. PMP, CSM an asset, Scaled Agile.
Key Skills:
• JIRA & Confluence – 5 years of experience.
• PDLC and/or AGILE experience.
• Regulatory experience (AML, BASIL).
• PA, PCO, or Scrum Master experience.
• Delivery experience.
Personal Qualities:
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• Team collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Autonomy and rigor in managing priorities.
