What we will achieve together:

As the Employee Enablement organization advances towards the future of Modern Managed productivity platforms leveraging Windows 11, Virtual Desktop, there is a need for assist in optimizing the performance of these endpoints, using data and evidence driven techniques. We are seeking an IT support analyst to assist the organization in developing a larger virtual desktop experience. This role will involve onboarding and offboarding users to Virtual Desktop Interface (VDI), and evaluation of and integration with modern endpoint management tools. It will also require some familiarity with platform system internals, and root-cause analysis. The candidate will also work with internal support areas, business technical support teams, and external vendors.

Your mission would be:

• On-boarding and off-boarding users to the virtual Desktop platform (VDI).
• Review, and monitor VDI performance, and access issues using Enterprise-wide performance systems and tools.
• Identify user requirements conjunction with desktop and vendor teams to improve performance in any areas identified.
• Assess and review monthly usage and ensure the technologies are not providing overlapping capabilities and driving cost reductions.
• Provide 1st level consultation requests and support.

Your profile:

• IT Support experience.
• Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, particularly Windows 10/11.
• Experience with Citrix and virtual desktop usage, performance and issue analysis tooling and framework.
• Proficient experience with Microsoft Excel.
• MS Office Suite products experience.
• Organized, self-motivated with the ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work on multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and documentation skills.
