Your mission would be:

• Read scopes of work, prepare estimations, present final quotations to clients.
• Manage resources to complete specific tasks on time and within the client imposed schedule.
• Manage material purchasing and arrival in a just-in-time environment.
• Maintain control over quality standards and project costs over the duration of projects.
• Actively communicate during the installation process with the client.
• Reconcile the project financials, recognizing the impact of labor and material choices.
• Provide final project documentation to clients.
• Will travel to sites to review, monitor and manage work activities.
• Identifies all “out of scope” work and obtains proper documentation related to change orders.
• Track and provide progress reports and ensure issues are addressed.

Your profile:

• 3- 5 years in project management, experience in construction or structured cabling is an asset.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a supportive work environment.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Superior client relationship skills.
• Excellent written, oral and typing communication skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to a changing business environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Must be willing to learn proprietary provisioning and estimating software.
