Description du poste


To assist with projects involving user experience and desktop integration within the environment including documenting and remediating/escalating any issues encountered. Must be able to work both solo and with colleagues/groups.


-Interfacing and engaging with engineering teams and peers to create solutions using existing technology
-Strategizing, planning, and developing a holistic approach for large scale technology implementations
-Technical planning and execution of technology deployments for ongoing projects
-Dissemination of knowledge, procedures and documentation for products and projects
-Develop and evolve strategies for various technologies to address changing needs
-Analyze project data with Microsoft Excel and other internal tools
-Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues including a strong understanding of the operating system
-Documenting processes and knowledge articles for other support teams
-Ability to create step by step instructions aimed at end users
-Able to manage a list of issues and drive to closure
-Gather and parse data to create reports and metrics
