Title: Network system support analyst
Duration: 12 months contract
Location; downtown Montreal city or Toronto
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for supporting the network infrastructure team to support and implement activities for the network environment
• Loading software, providing network support for servers and monitoring system and network performance
• responsible for all aspects of service operations for our on-prem legacy and private and public cloud platforms and services, working closely with our development team to lead the adoption of new technologies and day to day support.
• This position is meant to drive a change management across the our organization, along with an on-going support of next generation technologies; it is a dynamic, growth-oriented role with an exposure to cross-functional teams
• Daily support of all our environments, Production, Staging, and Dev.
• Security, Software and OS upgrades for all our platforms in all environments.
• Monitoring, data backup and change management for all our platforms in all environments.
• The contractor will be taking on tasks for improving our environments.
• Providing consultation and daily support for required improvements on our AEM platform.
• There will be also daily customer Service Desk tasks and on-call schedules assigned to the contractor.
Required skills:
• Experience with Linux/Unix systems (from kernel to shell and beyond, file systems and client-server protocols)
• Experience with working on Cloud computing (Recovery, Monitoring, Automation, Backup and Restoration) and core infrastructure components such as DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
• Knowledge of Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM)
• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or related position
• Knowledge and experience of AEM platform
• 24/7 availability
• Demonstrated experience working as a network system support analyst;
• Experience in monitoring and support network infrastructure;

Responsabilités:
• Responsable de soutenir l’équipe d’infrastructure réseau pour soutenir et mettre en œuvre des activités pour l’environnement réseau
• Chargement de logiciels, fourniture d’un support réseau pour les serveurs et surveillance des performances du système et du réseau
• Responsable de tous les aspects des opérations de service pour nos plates-formes et services de cloud hérités et privés et publics sur site
• Support quotidien de tous nos environnements, Production, Staging et Dev.
• Mises à niveau de la sécurité, des logiciels et du système d’exploitation pour toutes nos plates-formes dans tous les environnements.
• Surveillance, sauvegarde des données et gestion des changements pour toutes nos plateformes dans tous les environnements.
• Fournir des conseils et un soutien quotidien pour les améliorations requises sur notre plate-forme AEM.
• Il y aura également des tâches quotidiennes du centre de service à la clientèle et des horaires de garde assignés
Compétences requises :
• Expérience avec les systèmes Linux/Unix (du noyau au shell et au-delà, systèmes de fichiers et protocoles client-serveur)
• Expérience de travail sur le cloud computing (récupération, surveillance, automatisation, sauvegarde et restauration) et les composants d’infrastructure de base tels que DNS, DHCP, Active Directory
• Connaissance d’Adobe Enterprise Manager (AEM)
• 5+ années d’expérience en tant qu’administrateur système ou poste connexe
• Connaissance et expérience de la plateforme AEM
• Disponibilité 24h/24 et 7j/7
• Expérience démontrée de travail en tant qu’analyste de soutien de système de réseau ;
• Expérience dans la surveillance et le soutien d’infrastructures réseau ;
