Your mission would be:

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication plans and produce content for various Specialized Services business initiatives, e.g., sales campaigns, conferences, program, and technology launches.
• Act as the communications lead with project teams, providing strategic counsel and sound communications advice and regularly advising partners of communication strategy status.
• Work with communication colleagues to identify efficiencies and build these into business-specific content for employee communications.
• Draft and edit a variety of content, including remarks and scripts for senior leaders, newsletters, business updates, PowerPoint presentations, and thought leadership.
• Oversight of BAU or regular communication vehicles, such as newsletters, where applicable.
• Contribute to executive communications development as required.
• Contribute to the development of standards for content: look & feel, tone, focus, audience relevance, etc.

Your profile:

• 7+ years of related communications experience.
• Knowledge of MS Office Suite.
• Management experience.
• Experience writing, editing, proofing communications.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience working with Senior Management and Executives (nice to have).
• Change management experience (nice to have).
• Bilingual – French and English (nice to have).
• Mutual fund or asset management experience (nice to have).
